After working for several years for big brokerages and working as a home improvement contractor, I finally started my own company in 2006. With over 16 years in Real Estate and experience in development and construction, I bring to the table a unique combination of skills that is hard to find.

Before your property hits the market, I will do a thorough market analysis to help you to determine the right listing price

Sometimes a simple and inexpensive pre-sale conditioning might make a huge difference. I will guide you through the process, making sure your property stands out against competition. .
Aggressive marketing is the key to success. Besides MLS, your property will be advertised on over forty popular websites, like Boston.com and Zillow. You will receive a free video presentation along with free floor plan for your MLS listing.

FOR BUYERS:

Unlike most of real estate agents, I do not require the buyer I am working with to sign a broker agreement. My way to retain a client is by providing a valuable service that is hard to find elsewhere. If you are not happy, you are free to go anytime.

My services as a buyer broker are customary paid by the seller and are free for the buyer. You not only get a valuable service - you get it for free!

As a licensed construction supervisor, I can give you some idea about condition of the property you are considering to buy, and on cost of repairs. That does not mean you should not hire a home inspector in the end of the day. But you might save a lot of time and money by not going after a property that has structural problems or in need of expensive repairs.

FOR RENTERS:

I will work diligently to help you to find your next home. I own a few rental properties in Newton and know the market well, including big apartment complexes that do not list their rentals on MLS. If you are relocating from a different state - or a different country - please give me a call. It will be time well spent.
